We will coordinate dropping the hair off or mailing the hair back to us.

Important Notes

Returns or replacements are only available for hair that has not been altered, installed, or used.

Soak in Fresh Water for 30 Minutes

Rinse Out Conditioner

Soak Up Excess Water
