After spending approximately two years working intermittently in this field, she identified a significant gap: the need for high-level, elegant bridal beauty services tailored for women of color. Recognizing that this was a challenge she could not address alone, she was inspired to create the Nicki Rouge Bridal Team.

In 2021, Nicki embarked on a mission to recruit talented makeup and hair artists who embodied the core values of high integrity, strong morals, professionalism, and exceptional talent.
